Nate joined Great Day Realty, LLC in 2022 as the exclusive agent representing buyers interested in Detroit real estate. Nate knows Detroit! He lives in Detroit so he just knows where the hot spots are and where the places are to avoid. He works well scouting the best investment properties for out-of-state and out-of-country buyers. Nate then works closely with Pat Burns who conducts the investor walk-through inspections. Hiring Nate comes with the perk of Pat’s professional assessment of the potential renovation costs.
